Configuring a DHCP Scope

DHCP basic:
1) There is a Range of IP for example: 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.254.
2) A subnet mask, which determines the subnet for a specific IP address.
3) A Scope Name
4) Defining the Scope:  Using the whole IP Range 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.254
5) Set Exclusion Range for example: IP Range reserve for Switches,Servers and Network Printers
     Example:
      Servers:  192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.10
      Switches: 192.168.0.11 to 192.168.0.25
      Network Printers: 192.168.0.26 to 192.168.0.40
